Chair Yoga Wellness 
The Chair Yoga Wellness class can be taken once a month (workshop) or as a conitnuious monthly session. This class is perfect for ages 50+ who may have difficulty getting to the floor and back up in a regular yoga class. The chair provides support and stability, allowing the student to experience a yoga class where poses are easily accessible. A chair yoga practice will benefit students in many of the same ways as a mat practice; improving flexibility, strength, circulation, range of motion, balance, posture, breathing and a calming of the mind. This class is beginner friendly and suitable for people with limitations. Class ends with a 5-10 minute guided meditation.

Yoga for Well Being is an ideal class for anyone wanting to work on stress release, flexibility, strength, and balance. Students can expect to ease into a variety of Hatha poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), guided relaxation, meditation, and come out feeling great!

Yoga & Hoop Fit Fusion  
This class is a great alternative to traditional workouts. All fitness and hooping levels are welcome. Hooping builds core strength, provides a good cardiovascular workout, helps to burn calories, strengthens & tones the entire body, reduces stress, increases vitality, and improves rhythm & coordination. Hoops will be provided for class - please note, these hoops are not like the ones you played with as a kid - these are custom made, durable and hand-crafted for adults. Clothing should be flexible but not too loose. Yoga attire works great. This super fun Hula Hoop Fit class will leave you toned, energized and wanting more!
