Yoga For Kids

Learning yoga at an early age encourages body awareness and brings an appreciation of one's surroundings. Physically, it enhances flexibility, strength and coordination as well as aids concentration and a sense of calmness. The beauty of yoga is that children of all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages can benefit. It allows children to flourish by honoring their individual learning styles as they understand and appreciate the fact that every BODYis different. The effects of yoga happen naturally while practicing it! In short, yoga is great for mind and body health, plus a terrific way for children to stay fit and healthy throughout their lives.

Mondays - Ages 3-5 yrs - 9:00 am 
$35 per month / 1 X wk for 4 weeks

Monkey Monkey Yoga for Kids 
A fun practice for children ages 3-8yrs. 
Students will learn breathing techniques, poses, relaxation, and visualization through the use of songs, games, stories, & other 
fun activities. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend 
and participate.
